What a jerk. not sure about his plumbing skill because his customer service is so piss poor- it's tough to work around.
Gary is very helpful, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets done correctly. He also keeps you updated throughout the process and gets work done quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. :)
